First Visit: Exploring the Non-Veg Delights

On our first visit to Baroouk, we were eager to sample the non-veg dishes they offered. The menu was a carnivore’s dream, featuring an enticing selection of kebabs, tandoori delights and curries. We decided to start with some of their most recommended dishes.

1. Kakori Kebab with Warqi Paratha

The Kakori Kebab was a revelation: tender and succulent minced meat infused with aromatic spices melting in our mouths. Paired with the delicate and flaky Warqi Paratha, it was a match made in heaven.

2. Galauti Kebab

The Galauti Kebab as its name suggests was genuinely a ‘melt-in-the-mouth’. Its exquisite blend of minced meat and secret spices left us craving for more.

The Brain Curry was a unique experience, and while it might not be for the faint-hearted, it was a bold and flavorful dish that left a lasting impression. The creamy and spicy curry complemented the soft texture of the brain.

6. Paneer Kebab

The Paneer Kebab was a delightful treat for our vegetarian companions. Soft and well-marinated cubes of paneer were grilled to perfection.

Our first visit to Baroouk left us craving for more. The quality and variety of non-veg dishes were exceptional, and we couldn’t resist the temptation to return for a second round of indulgence.
