Raja Garden’s Famous Dahi Bhalla

Our recent exploration led us to the heart of Raja Garden. With eager anticipation, we stepped into the famed ‘Jeet Chaat Bhandar’, ready to experience the wonders that have made it a legend in the city.

The star performers of the evening were the renowned ‘Dahi Bhalle and Papdi’, which had garnered quite a reputation. The air was filled with the enticing aroma of spices as we eagerly awaited the moment of truth.

As the first bite hit our taste buds, it was evident that Jeet chaat Bhandar lived up to its acclaim. The crispy papdi, adorned with a medley of flavours, took center stage. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures – the crunch of papdi, the sweetness of the chutneys, and the creaminess of the dahi. We would take a moment to appreciate the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the bhalle, which added an extra layer of indulgence to every bite.

The meethi chutney provided the perfect balance of sweetness, while the hari chutney added a zesty kick that tantalized the taste buds. The velvety dahi, generously spread over the papdi, created a symphony of flavours that danced on our palates. The addition of sev, aloo, and the signature chaat masala elevated the dish to culinary artistry.

With each bite, the dining experience became more enchanting. Unsurprisingly, we unanimously awarded Jeet Chaat Bhandar a stellar rating of 9/10. The dish met and exceeded our expectations, leaving us with a lingering desire for more.

What makes ‘Jeet Chaat Bhandar’ stand out is the taste and meticulous attention to detail. The quantity was generous, ensuring that every bite was a fulfilling experience. The thoughtful combination of ingredients showcased the expertise of the chefs, making it evident why this place has become a local favourite.
